ReaMatch (“Company,” “us,” “we” or “our”) respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit the website reamatch.com (our “Website”) or when you provide us information, such as by email or by submitting your information through the “Get your agent match” webform or other similar functionality on our Website.  This policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. You may choose to receive this policy in a printable PDF format by emailing us at admin@ReaMatch.com.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This Privacy Policy also describes the steps we take to protect your personal information and how you can review and correct your personal information.

This Privacy Policy is in effect for this Website and any website, mobile application, email list, or other online service operated by us that links to this policy (collectively, the “Web Properties”). This Privacy Policy is not applicable to any website, mobile application, social media site, or other online service operated and/or owned by any person or entity other than us.

By accessing or using any of the Web Properties, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use or access our Web Properties. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy below). Your continued use of this Website or any other Web Properties after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Your access and use of the Web Properties is also governed by the Terms of Use .

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will notify you by email to the email address you have provided us or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.

Types of Information Collected and How We Collect It

The Company, and any third party we engage for the purpose of administering, operating, hosting, configuring, designing, maintaining and providing internal support for our Web Properties, may collect several types of information from and about users of our Web Properties, including information:

  • by which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address, phone number or other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“Personal Information”);
  • that you provide us directly through email, web forms or other communications such as your email marketing preferences, inquiries or feedback about our Web Properties or other products and services, or other information specific to you;
  • that is about you but individually does not identify you; and/or
  • about your internet connection, the equipment or devices you use to access our Web Properties, and usage details.

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us, for example, by filling in webforms on the Website or sending us emails, messages or other communications.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the Website or other Web Properties. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, browser and operating system, device type and identifiers, and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies.
  • From third parties, for example, from our business partners or service providers.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

From time to time, we may use “cookies” to keep track of your visit and use of the Web Properties. Cookies are small files that websites save to your hard disk or to your browser’s memory. We may use them to track the number of times you have visited the site, to track the number of visitors to the site, to determine and analyze visitors’ use of our Web Properties (including the effectiveness of online advertising), to store information that you provide such as your preferences, and to store technical information useful for your interactions with our Web Properties. We may use session cookies (cookies that are deleted when your browser session ends) to facilitate your movement around our websites (particularly in connection with information searches and order placement) and other information useful in administering the session. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being placed on your computer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not fully be able to experience the features of the Web Properties.

Some of our web pages and electronic communications may contain images, which may or may not be visible to you, known as Web Beacons (sometimes referred to as ‘clear gifs’). Web Beacons collect only limited information that includes a cookie number; time and date of a page view; and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides. We may include web beacons in promotional email messages or Newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

We may assign you a unique internal identifier to help keep track of your future visits. We use this information to gather aggregate demographic information about our visitors, and we use it to personalize the information you see on the Web Properties and some of the electronic communications you receive from us. We keep this information for our internal use, and this information is not shared with others.

How We Use Collected Information

Information collected by us may be used for the following main purposes:

  • To present the Web Properties and their contents to you and improve Web Properties and related products or services, or to make the Web Properties easier to use (for example, by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information).
  • To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
  • To provide support for our products or services provided or offered to you.
  • To customize the Web Properties to your particular preference or interests.

  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
  • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information or any other purpose with your consent.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third-parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you. You may always unsubscribe from such marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link or other opt out mechanism provided in the email or other communication.

This Privacy Policy is not intended to place any limits on what we can do with information that is aggregated or de-identified so it is no longer associated with an identifiable user of the Web Properties.

Disclosure of Your Information

Except as described below, the information you provide to us through the Web Properties will not be shared with third parties without your permission. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information about our users without restriction.

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
  • With your consent.

Once disclosed, the use of your information by a third party may be subject to that party’s own privacy policy. Furthermore, we are not and will not be responsible for any breach of security by any third parties or for any actions of any third parties that receive any of your information.

We may also disclose your Personal Information:

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to admin@ReaMatch.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

Security and Data Retention

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. When using the Web Properties, you are not permitted to circumvent any of the Web Properties’ security features.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we do not and cannot guarantee or warrant that any information transmitted through the Internet is secure, or that such transmissions are free from delay, interruption, interception or error. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.

We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Reviewing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can make a request to review, correct or delete any Personal Information you have provided to us by completing our Contact Us form or emailing us at admin@ReaMatch.com. We may take steps to verify your identity before providing you access to or deleting your Personal Information. You can help us to maintain the accuracy of your information by notifying us of any change to your phone number or email address. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Children’s Information

The Web Properties are not intended for or designed to attract children under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of the Web Properties. By using the Web Properties, you affirm that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you are sixteen (16) or seventeen (17) years of age, then you may only use the Web Properties with parental or legal guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

Links to Other Sites

The Web Properties may now or in the future contain links to other websites or online services, such as links to sites or services of our business partners or other third parties. While we try to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices employed by other sites. Please check the privacy policies of those websites in order to determine whether their privacy practices are acceptable to you before using the sites or services of such third parties.

International Users

The Web Properties are intended for use by individuals inside the United States. If you are visiting us from outside the United States, please note that we may collect, transfer, and use Personal Information you provide us outside of your country and within the United States for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. By using the Web Properties and providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to our collection, transfer, and continued use of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Choices with Your Personal Information

Whether you submit any Personal Information to us is entirely up to you. You are under no obligation to provide Personal Information. However, in the event this information is essential for us to provide certain services to you, we will be unable to provide you with those services if you choose to withhold requested information.

You may choose to prevent us from disclosing or using your Personal Information under certain circumstances (“opt out”). You may opt out of any disclosure or use of your Personal Information for purposes that are incompatible with the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected or for which you subsequently gave authorization by notifying us by any reasonable method. We will undertake reasonable efforts to notify third parties with whom we have shared your Personal Information as permitted under this Privacy Policy of your election to opt out. There are some uses from which you cannot opt out, such as to provide products or services that you have requested from us.

“Do Not Track” Signals

Note that your browser settings may allow you to transmit automatically a “Do Not Track” (or “DNT”) signal to websites and online services you visit. This concept has been promoted by regulatory authorities for the internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites. As of the time of the posting of this Privacy Policy, there is no internet industry DNT technology standard. With regard to DNT, our Website does not currently respond to DNT signals in browsers because, as mentioned above, no DNT standard has been adopted. However, as we explain in this Privacy Policy, we take privacy seriously and you do have choices regarding how your browser handles cookies and other similar technologies.
