This is NOT a salaried position. Your income is based on your commission.

OVERVIEW

A National Wholesale Mortgage Company is seeking:

Experienced and licensed Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers, Senior Loan Officers, and Branch Managers desiring higher compensation and revenue sharing opportunities

Aspiring and new MLO’s who’ve recently passed their NMLS SAFE test, applied for or received their license, and are looking for a company that provides training, mentorship, competitive compensation, and revenue sharing opportunities

Applicants must be self-motivated and able to maintain a consistent production level. This position provides time and location flexibility and a tremendous platform for the entrepreneurial, independent loan officer.

Expectations are for MLO’s to maintain a minimum of 2 loans monthly in production.

COMPENSATION: We begin with compensation of 140bps with the ability to earn up to 182.5bps.

TRAINING: For new loan officers, there is onboarding, training, a mentorship program, and vast resources to tap into once you join the team

Qualifications:

• Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
• Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
• Must be willing to take and pass the NMLS exam (if not already licensed)
• Must have comfort level speaking with new business partners and potential borrowers
